Potato skins

We all love a crisp! Here’s is a great way to make your own homemade snack, while you have the Sunday dinner on the go! So don’t throw the peelings away...

  • Oven
  • Baking Tray
  • Kitchen Paper


  • Potato peelings from 1kg bag of potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp All purpose seasoning


  • Give them a quick rinse, dry and toss in a little olive oil, salt and pepper and pop them in a baking tray in a hot oven @ 200 and keep and eye on them.
  • Shaking the tray and giving them space to crisp 20-30 mins you have yummy crispy skins...
  • Lift them on to some kitchen paper to absorb any oil and was as they are or sprinkle a little powder flavouring if choice - I used dried thyme and a little all purpose seasoning. Delicious.
